Country Retreat Seminars offers a balanced approach taught by a registered nurse. We offer interactive hands-on prenatal/childbirth classes that will help you through the amazing transition from pregnancy to parenthood. Our approach to prenatal/childbirth classes will help you sort through the abundance of information available in books, websites, and videos. We will help you reaffirm and clarify what you already know about prenatal care and help you understand the essentials of labour, delivery, postpartum, breastfeeding, caring for your new baby and even get Fido and Fluffy ready for the arrival of your beautiful baby.

Prenatal/childbirth classes are held at Country Retreat, 3025 Tisdale Road, Mount Hope, Ontario
Cost: includes father/partner or support person, handouts, snacks and drinks
Dress: Casual & comfortable clothing, (pants instead of skirt or dress, if possible)
